Frank Hart

Frank is a retired executive and strategy consultant with senior leadership experience in government, financial services and industry. He has served as president or CEO of several organizations including Crown Investments Corporation, EDS Canada, Greystone Managed Investments and Protein Industries Canada, and held VP or managing director roles at EDS and TD Asset Management. He has chaired corporate and non-profit boards and is an active venture capital investor and advisor on major projects.

Frank holds a BA and a BA Honours degree and is a Fellow of the Certified Management Consultants of Canada (FCMC). His combination of board experience, policy work, and private-sector leadership will be an important asset as CWF continues to deliver practical, evidence-based policy for Western Canada.
